7.18 The Life and Lies of Albus Dumbledore

Yet another cheery chapter to brighten your Monday! Harry finally gets the savage pleasure of finding out the “truth” that old Batty and Enid Smeek shared (willingly or not) with the world’s most reliable narrator, Rita Skeeter, and the truth is that Dumbledore shared a damn sight more with Gellert Grindelwald than he ever did with Harry. This super short chapter packs an emotional punch, leaving Alice and Martha admiring Hermione’s steadfastness and looking forward to Ron’s return.

As I was reading this chapter, I felt the real life parallel is when a popular person’s of tweets are exposed to show them as the non-PC person they used to be regardless of how much growth was done ever since.

Hermione’s conscious is a pesky character that I don’t care for much.

Great job on the accent, Martha! One of your best ones! However, Enid is a girl’s name.
