7.4 The Seven Potters

The moment we’ve all been dreading has finally arrived, so have a seat on the washing machine, pour yourself a tall glass of Harry-flavored Polyjuice Potion (it’s much tastier than Crabbe and Goyle!) and drink to our poor sweet girl, the true fallen warrior, queen of our hearts, Hedwig. We’re really going to miss her as she goes off on her new adventure of happily exploring the world and staying safe from danger!

“Bah” is a very typical colloquial French interjection that can mean “ugh”, or “well…” or “um” or similar, depending on context.

Goodbye, sweet girl. We’ll miss you. I’m still the most hurt over Tonks and Lupin’s upcoming death, though.

The ‘even Voldemort can’t split himself in seven’ line was great. And I think Ron caught on too.

Tonks was so sad the last book — let’s give her some joy. I think they got married because Umbridge was going to make it illegal for werewolves to marry. And Rowling wouldn’t want a baby to be born out of wedlock. Tonk’s is half-blood so she definitely knows what a washing machine is. We Hufflepuffs stand up for one another! I know your jokes are all in good fun but I’m quite protective of Remus and Dora.

I think Mrs. Weasley sat out because if both she and Arthur died, their children would be orphans.

Ron shared a dorm with Harry for six years. He would know is Harry had a tattoo!

I love the re-write of how Hedwig flew away.

When did Stan get out of Azkaban? It’s probably a result of all of Harry’s whining.

I forgot all about the twin wand theory. Thanks for bringing it up.
